My partner and I worked with Jerry Aguero to find an amazing condo in Tulum. It can be a little scary buying a pre-build but Jerry gave us a lot of confidence and made sure we had the chance to meet with the developer. Jerry was fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, scheduled video calls with us to discuss those needs, sent us property listings, responded to all our questions and all the listings I sent him. We did a 4 day villa and condo hunting trip in Tulum and Jerry made each day go smoothly, he even helped us line up accommodations for the trip.We visited 15 properties during that trip and in between viewings, Jerry showed us much of Tulum and his favourite places. Incredibly grateful to him for all of his hard work in helping us to make a decision and bringing in the right legal team to give us peace of mind. I wish the agent we had been working with would have been as responsive throughout our buying & closing process.Our agent did next to nothing for us. What is the use of having an agent when you end up navigating everything on your own? We weren’t able to be present at the finalization of our purchase. Our agent never went or see our unit then later when we had issues just advised us to “next time not receive the unit” in the that condition & just directed us to speak with the person we were already in communication with. We weren’t here- which she was aware of- & she is our representative as our agent so I am confused?? Now we are dealing with repairs & issues on our vacation when our sale was final 6 months ago. During this time our agent never reached out to us to assist with anything. We also asked for recommendations for a handyman & nothing.

Both my wife and I had an incredible and seamless experience with Max. His professionalism and humor made our search and purchase fun but extremely informative. We feel that he chose the best places for us to view based on what we told him over the phone. My wife and I have already suggested him to friends wanting to purchase in Tulum.
